Secure Your Place in Koh Samui, Thailand:

To secure your place at our Reformd Wellness Retreat in beautiful Koh Samui, a £250 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Your deposit secures your chosen room and is refundable until 31st Dec 2026. It is non-refundable after this date and non-transferable. The remaining balance will be due in full by 1st May 2027.

We cannot wait to welcome you to Thailand for an unforgettable escape filled with Pilates, yoga, wellness, fun workshops, relaxation, connection and plenty of time to simply enjoy yourself.

Once your place is secured, the countdown to Thailand begins!

Closer to the retreat, we’ll send you your Reformd Thailand Welcome Pack, filled with everything you need to get ready for your trip — from your full retreat itinerary and what to expect, to packing inspiration, travel information and all the little details you’ll need before joining us.

Everything will be taken care of so you can arrive feeling excited, relaxed and ready to enjoy an unforgettable few days of Pilates, yoga, wellness, fun workshops and connection in beautiful Koh Samui.

Flights & Transfers:

Flights
All flights to and from Koh Samui are not included in the retreat price, regardless of which country or airport you are travelling from.

Transfers in your home Country:
Transfers from your home to your departure airport are not included.

On your return journey, transfers from your arrival airport back to your home are also not included.

These transfers will need to be arranged and covered by you.

Transfers in Koh Samui:
Your transfers in Koh Samui between the Airport and the retreat villa are included, provided you travel on our recommended group flights.

We will share the recommended arrival and departure flights with you so that everyone can travel to and from the villa together.

If you choose to book a different flight or arrive/depart at a different time from the recommended group flights, your Koh Samui transfers will not be included, and you will need to arrange and cover these separately.

We do not recommend booking your flights until Reformd confirms - due to having to reach a minimum capacity for the retreat.

Retreat Cancellation & Payment Policy:

We completely understand that circumstances can change. However, as our retreat requires us to secure the venue, suppliers and experiences well in advance, the following cancellation and payment terms apply.

Deposit:

Your deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your room and place on the retreat.

All deposits are refundable until 31st Dec 2026, after this date they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final Balance:

The remaining balance for your room is due in full by 1st May 2027. If you change your mind before 28th Feb 2027 you are not liable for the remaining balance, after this date (28th Feb 2027) you are liable for the full remaining payment regardless of your circumstance.
